Блавдзевич Олександра Юріївна

Vice President of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs

Blavdzevych Oleksandra Yuriyivna was born in 1969 in Kyiv. She got a degree in energy engineering at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. She pursued postgraduate studies at the Institute of Energy Saving and got a degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences with a specialization in energy systems and complexes.

Her career began at the Institute of Energy Saving on the position of research fellow. She continued to work in the sphere of energy saving as an employee of the energy projects department at CJSC EksEn.

In 1993-1997 she took part in the implementation of TACIS projects entitled "Assistance to the creation of pilot municipal energy saving companies in Donetsk region," "Energy prices and tariffs," "Energy audit at the facilities of regional significance," etc.

In 1997-2002 she worked for business entities.

Blavdzevych joined the ULIE in 2002. She worked as an adviser to vice president and headed the Department for International Relations. In 2005 she was appointed as vice president.

They key tasks implemented by Vice President Blavdzevych include the development of international contacts, drawing investment for the implementation of specific projects developed by ULIE members, public-private partnership projects, energy saving projects. She also actively participates in work of the ULIE commission for energy saving issues.

In 2012, Blavdzevych graduated from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and got a degree in public administration.
