Vice President since November 2013. Coordinator of Export promotion center at the ULIE. Also engaged in infrastructure development and environmental policies at the ULIE.
Denys Krasnikov is an expert and has practical experience in promotion Ukrainian producers to the foreign markets.
Since December 3, 2016 Denys was elected as Ukrainian side Coordinator of the Spanish-Ukrainian Business Council.
Due to the solid experience in reform of the Ukrainian public procurements system and controls in public funds expenditures towards global standards, Denys Krasnikov chaired the supervisory board of Procurement Development & Export Promotion Institute that became a member of Food Marketing Institute – the leading business union, which unites more than 40 000 retail FMCG stores in the USA and all over the world.
The Institute holds and financially supports to Ukrainian exporters concerning promotion and entering foreign markets, and also researches public procurement opportunities in The Agreement on Government Procurement member countries. The Institute helps Ukrainian companies participate in tenders abroad.
PhD in Public Administration, undertakes a study concerning development of public procurement system in view of openness intensification of global integration processes.
In 2014 Denys became an alumni of Executive Education Program at Harvard University.
He got degrees in political science and economics at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. Granted Master’s Degree in International Law at the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade.
D. Krasnikov was awarded with certificates of honor from the Ukrainian Parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, received Kiev Major letter of acknowledgement, certificates from Ukrainian ministries and state agencies. At the early stage of his career D. Krasnikov also won the award of the Ukrainian Government For youth's contribution to the development of the state.
