Лісковський Сергій Федорович

Liskovsky Serhiy Fedorovych was born in 1967. He got a degree in programming engineering at Kharkiv Aviation Institute.

He headed commercial organizations and big production facilities of Ukraine, including OJSC Azot (Cherkasy) and Dniprovsky Dzerzhinsky Metallurgical Combine (Dniprodzerzhynsk). Following an extensive modernization initiated by Liskovsky the latter launched the production of domestic mineral fertilizers containing phosphorus in 2004.

In 2004, Liskovsky was appointed as the president of JSC Ukragrokhimholding (Kyiv), the core business of which includes the following directions:

- chemical industry (production of complex phosphorus-containing mineral and environmentally friendly organic-mineral fertilizers, plastic packaging for liquid and paste like pharmaceutical and chemical products);

- agriculture (growing and storage of grain and industrial crops);

- development (drawing investment in the design and maintenance of construction projects and a full range of construction services for housing and commercial real estate);

- energy saving (production of heat insulation materials based on whinstone).

Liskovsky is a member of the Ukrainian Technological Academy.

He was awarded with a certificate of honor from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 2005, a certificate of honor from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2007, a certificate of honor from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 2009, a letter of acknowledgement from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2011 and the order For Merits of the 3rd degree in 2012.
