Марчук Костянтин Михайлович

ULIE Vice President, Deputy Chairman of the Employers Association of Ukraine

Marchuk Kostiantyn Mykhailovych was born in Kyiv region in 1965. He graduated from Kyiv Higher Engineering School of Anti-Aircraft Missile Defense named after S.M. Kirov in 1987. He served the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union and Ukraine. In 1996, he got a degree in small- and medium-sized businesses at the Interregional Academy.

In 1997, he worked for Ukr-trade-business Ltd. He was appointed as director of the ULIE Administration Department in 1999 and in 2007 he was elected as ULIE vice president for regional policy.

Marchuk took the position of deputy head of the Association of Employers Organizations of Ukraine in 2009. He became a member of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, working commissions at the council for national security, defense, law enforcement and work of military industry companies and the council for the preparations for holding the Euro 2012 European Football Championship finals in Ukraine.

In September 2009, Marchuk was elected as vice president of the Association of Engineers of Ukraine, an all-Ukrainian union of non-governmental organizations, on a voluntary basis.

In 2012, he was awarded with a certificate from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

For his contribution to business development he was awarded numerous times with a certificate of honor, a letter of acknowledgement, a personalized watch and the Golden Mark of the ULIE. He also was awarded with a certificate of honor from the State Committee of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship.
