Запорощук Валентин Анатолійович
Vice President of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, President of the Proviant Group
Zaporoschuk Valentyn Anatoliyovych was born in Smila, Cherkasy region in 1970. He got his first degree at Dnipropetrovsk Institute of Engineers of Railway Transport. In 2009 he graduated from Cherkasy Polytechnic University with a degree in economy.
His career began at the Svan Company in Cherkasy. After some time he headed the company's dairy department. The company was one of the biggest dairy exporters at that time.
In 2001, Zaporoschuk started the production and sales of condensed milk from unmanufactured raw materials at Pervomaisk Dairy Products Canning Plant. Two years later he became a deputy chairman of the supervisory board of CJSC Bakhmachkonservmoloko.
In 2004 he headed the milk direction of the Svan Group, which included CJSC Bakhmachkonservmoloko, JSC Horodokkonservmoloko, JSC Agrotekhnologiya. While working for the company Zaporoschuk was in charge of the development, security and management of the entire dairy business, creation of the distribution chain on the domestic market and organization of sales abroad.
In 2006, Zaporoschuk was appointed as the president of the Proviant Group. He founded a new company OJSC Ichnya Condensed Milk Company, which today leads the sphere of production and export of condensed milk, and chaired its supervisory board.
In 2006, he became a deputy of Chernihiv Regional Council. He was elected as the head of the regional council's budget and finance commission.
Zaporoschuk is a member of board of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the national association of joint stock companies for the production of dairy canned Ukrkonservmoloko.
