Vice President of the ULIE on the implementation of infrastructure projects in Ukraine
Ali Mohammad Khani Omran was born on May 2, 1962 in Babol, Iran. He got elementary, secondary and medical education in Iran.
In 1995, he got a degree of doctor at Bogomolets National Medical University in Ukraine. In 2010, he got a bachelor's degree in corporate economics at the National University of Bioresources and Use of Natural Resources of Ukraine.
He lives in Ukraine since 1991 and obtained Ukrainian citizenship in 2006.
In 1995-1998 he worked as director of the Euro Steel Holdings AG Company. Later on he headed the Euro Finance Ltd. Company. He has been holding the position of president at this company since 2002. The holding unites 37 companies with various core businesses, in particular 16 companies that specialize in recycling of ferrous metals in Ukraine and Russia, a company that provides forwarding, agency and stevedoring services, the News Media Group, a construction company, a charity foundation, Inter-RTI plant that produces industrial rubber products. More than 7,000 employees work for the holding.
Ali Mohammad Khani Omran actively participates in social life in Ukraine. He is a deputy of Kyiv Regional Council and chairs the standing commission for entrepreneurship, industrial and regulatory policy. He also heads the Bel-Stal charity foundation.
He is the winner of the Nationwide Program Person of the Year 2008 in the nomination "Investment of the Year." He also was awarded with an international certificate of partner reliability by the Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce. He was awarded with numerous certificates of honor and diplomas from Kyiv Regional State Administration and Bila Tserkva District State Administration for a considerable contribution to the development of the region, financial support for small- and medium-sized businesses, many fund-raising projects and events.
He speaks fluently Persian, Ukrainian, Russian, and English languages.
