The Anti-Crisis Headquarters for Economic Resilience of Ukraine , meeting in Kyiv, summarized the outcomes of 2025 and identified key economic priorities and risks for 2026, emphasizing the need to increase the effectiveness of public governance and to launch a systematic national recovery.
The meeting of the Anti-Crisis Headquarters took place at the end of the year with the participation of representatives of industry, business associations, Parliament, the Government, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the National Academy of Sciences, research and analytical centers, trade unions, territorial communities, and civil society organizations. Participants discussed the country’s socio-economic situation amid the full-scale war waged by the Russian aggressor, demographic challenges, the shortage of long-term development programs, and the economy’s dependence on external resources.
Special attention was paid to anti-corruption efforts, the restoration of professional standards in public administration, support for veterans, the return of refugees, job creation, and ensuring social resilience as a prerequisite for economic recovery.
In its open address following the meeting, the Anti-Crisis Headquarters for Economic Resilience of Ukraine emphasized the advisability of forming a coalition of Members of Parliament and a coalition transitional government, preparing for democratic elections, and implementing the Strategy for the Reconstruction and Modernization of Ukraine, taking into account limited resources and the need for coordinated cooperation with international partners.
