Morgan Williams, the long-time President of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council, has passed away: ULIE expresses its sincere condolences

I personally and the entire business community of Ukraine have learned with deep sadness and sorrow about the passing of the long-standing President of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council, our colleague Morgan Williams. 

It is hard to overestimate his contribution not only to the development of trade and economic relations between Ukraine and the U.S., but also to the establishment of Ukraine's statehood, its development in accordance with democratic standards, and the asserting of its appropriate place in the world.

A wise man and a sincere friend of Ukraine, I am proud to have been able to call him my friend.

We express our heartfelt condolences to Morgan's family and beloved, colleagues and friends.
