A delegation of Ukrainian company executives, led by the Vice President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ULIE) and Chairman of the Association "Ukrmashbud," Volodymyr Sachenko, met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Finland to Ukraine, Jaakko Lehtovirta.
The Embassy will facilitate the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between Finnish and Ukrainian companies.
During the meeting, a series of presentations on the capabilities of domestic manufacturers took place. One of them is PJSC "Dniprometiz," which is currently the leading manufacturer of metal products in Ukraine, specializing in the production of low-carbon products. Dniprometiz products are used in machinery manufacturing, construction, agriculture, maintenance and repair work, as well as in various other fields of activity.
Volodymyr Sachenko also informed the ambassador about the products of the Association "Ukrmashbud" member companies, such as PJSC "Dniprovagonmash," which is one of the leading railcar manufacturing enterprises in Ukraine and Europe. The company has a strong research and design base for developing railcars, considering individual customer requirements, and a complete production cycle for more than 160 models of various rolling stock.
As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to intensify bilateral efforts for mutually beneficial Finnish-Ukrainian cooperation, utilizing advanced Finnish developments in the field of mechanical engineering, with full support from the Embassy of Finland in Kyiv and Ambassador Jaakko Lehtovirta personally.
